OTHER NAM EQUIPMENT;. PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR. THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDAR, VAS. Section 1.
