AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE Cxi'Y WATER WORKS SYSTEM OF
TBE CITY OF KENNEDALE, TEXAS, DEFINING AND PROHIBITING
TAMPERING AND INTERFERENCE tam WATER METERS AND. OTHER
NAM EQUIPMENT;. PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR. THE VIOLATION
HEREOF AND PRESCRIBING A SAVINGS CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENNEDAR, VAS.
Section 1. It Shall hereafter be

Section 2. It shall be . • for ow person, firm, or corporation to
connection to the mains or pipes of the Water Works System of
the City of Kennedale without first making application to the City, ctAling

Superintendent shell make, or have made, the necessary connections and
furnish a cast iron curb stop box and curb cock, the cost of which is

Section 3. Any person wishing to discontinue the use of water plies from
the water works system must give notice thereof to the City, otherwise
the charge will be entered until such notice has bgiven. The ch e

Section 5. All meters, whether private or bto the Water Works

of order and faile to register, the consumer will be charged at the

that passes through the meter shall be charged for, whether used or not.
